✦⋆｡° TERMS OF SERVICE °｡•✦
✦ General ✦- Use of my art as NFT or as training data for AI IS PROHIBITED.
- I retain the right to display and promote all artwork I've created.
- The commissioner cannot claim authorship, heavely edit to the point of unrecognition or resell the artwork to another person.
- If commissioner is going to use my work for financial gain, they must pay commercial fee, otherwise it's for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- Any personal information that is shared should not be disclosed to the third parties.
✦ Communication & Deadline ✦- Communication is made via DM on any of my socials(discord preferred) or fiverr.
- I will provide you with frequent updates, as well as seek for your feedback throughout the project duration.
- Deadline is decided in DMs, but minimum time I need to finish an artwork is 1-2 weeks after the start of the project.
✦ Payment ✦- Payment via Paypal(friends&family, USD, for now) or through Fiverr.
THE REST IS APPLIED ONLY FOR PAYPAL PAYMENT
- 50% of the payment is made before the sketch and the remaining 50% after completion of the project.
- After the full payment is verified, you will receive invite-based link to the google drive with both high quality png and jpeg files, or they can be sent via email.
✦ Revisions ✦- I offer 3 revisions for each stage of the drawing process(sketch, lineart, coloring & shading, details & render).
In the beggining stage(sketch) you can ask for major changes, after that I will do only minor changes to the piece. I highly ask you to carefully think and then write down what you want to be changed in one or couple of messages.
✦ Refund & Cancellation ✦- If by any circumstances I'm unable to finish your project, I will issue a refund.
- I won't refund an artwork that I've already finished.
- Commissioner cannot cancel the project if artist started working on it.
